I formerly had hired another general contractor to restore our 140-year-old storm survivor house in Galveston, but after weeks of them stumbling to get a foundation permit needed to get the job underway, I was fortunate enough to meet Shaun as Stable Foundation was restoring a home and adding and addition two doors down. I had him come take a look at our home and he promptly provided a very competitive bid. Shaun had access to an engineer who was able to get us stamped and approved drawings in a couple days. Once Shaun had these and using his personal contacts, he was able to expedite a permit with the city and get the job underway in less than a week. He kept a significant crew on the job through the entirety of the job until completion.

Stable Foundation has completed work on several of our projects. We always have definite dates by which the construction had to be completed and Stable understood the importance of meeting our deadlines.
I've always been very impressed by the professionalism that Stable Foundation brings to all their projects.
